1. Introduction

Welcome to Daeem Delivery. These terms and conditions govern your use of the mobile application, website and services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Company Information

Daeem Delivery is a delivery service provider based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We are a company that provides you with food delivery, grocery and parcel delivery services throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

3. Eligibility

To use Delivery Supporter, you must be at least 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to enter into a binding contract. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

To place orders through Delivery Supporter, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to update your information if it changes.

5. Order and Payment

Submit the application:

All orders submitted through Daeem Delivery are subject to the provision of items. You can place orders for food, groceries and parcel delivery.

Pricing:

Prices listed on the App or Website are in Saudi Riyals and may include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Payment:

Payment must be made at the time of placing the order using one of the available payment methods, including credit/debit cards, digital wallets or cash on delivery (where available).

6. Delivery

Delivery times:

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors such as traffic, weather conditions, and restaurant/grocery store preparation times. Daeem Delivery is not responsible for any delivery delay.

Delivery Area:

Our services are available throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. However, delivery availability may vary depending on your location.

Failed deliveries:

If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information you provided or if you are not available to receive the delivery, you may be charged a redelivery fee.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations:

Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted by the store. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued only if the order cannot be executed due to an error on our part or on the part of the restaurant/grocery store. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Compensation:

In the event that the order does not arrive in full, the customer must photograph the order, photocopy the invoice and upload it to the instant chat, and it will be reviewed and communicated with the merchant (store or restaurant) and in the event that the customer's claim (customer complaint) is correct and the payment method received from it is correct with the value of the request, and we will deposit the amount (return) in the customer's wallet for the same supportive delivery application

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the delivery service at Daeem Delivery for any illegal or fraudulent purpose. You must not engage in conduct that could harm the Service, our partners or other users. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Tamper with the service or attempt to access restricted areas.
  • Spreading false or misleading information.
  • Abuse, harass, or threaten our employees or partners.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos and other intellectual property on Daeem Delivery are the property of their respective owners and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of these materials without the prior written consent of the owner.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daeem Delivery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or personal injury, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Delivery Support Service at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our interests, including but not limited to fraudulent activity.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
